Received wrong item twice and emails being ignored

Ordered a replacement jug and have been the juice collector for the steamer. Raised the issue and was told I'd get sent the jug, but it's happened again! I now have two spare juice collectors and no jug! I've emailed several times in the past few weeks and I've heard nothing. I've started weaning with my boy and it's a pain not to be able to use the blender. Posting on here in the hope someone will see it!! Not good service!!
