You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order is too late to cancel and has already been sent, we can arrange a return for you instead.
You need to notify us of your wish to cancel/return your order within 14 days, please fill in the Withdrawal Form available in the Help button on the bottom right of this page.
Before sending back your product, please make sure the product is in its original packaging with tags still attached and in a resaleable condition, otherwise we won’t be able to accept the return. If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.
If you have changed your mind about your product, the return will be at your own responsibility and cost. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service. You have 14 days to return the item to us after notifying us of your wish to return.
Faulty items are returned at the cost of the business.
Refunds/exchanges will be made within 14 days of us receiving the product back in our warehouse.
