This Delivery Policy outlines the shipping
options, timeframes, costs, and procedures for orders placed on Babymoov.co.uk.

1. Delivery Options and Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days

Next Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday)

2. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on the order value. Free standard delivery to mainland UK is available on orders over £75. For orders under £60 to mainland UK a £6.95 standard shipping cost will be applied at checkout.

For orders shipped to Northern Ireland a standard delivery cost of £12.95 will be applied at checkout for any order under £100. Please note, dispatching and delivering orders to Northern Ireland could take 2-4 days.

3. International Shipping

We don't currently ship to selected outside of mainland UK.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order via your account on our website.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your
delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or
collection. Please follow the instructions provided to rearrange delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the
expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
