After being told by the dietician I need to start home cooking to help my son put on weight by adding butter, oil, cream, etc. All the things baby foods avoid. I brought this machine to help me, as I don't have anything suitable for steaming and an old cumbersome blender. This machine is so easy to use, it cooks the food within 15 minutes. Then you have the blender the other side. It's brilliant. I was unsure at first, but the guides and recipes means cooking is enjoyable. At the end, you just empty the water from the base and stick the top compartments in the dishwasher. My only recommendation after first use is make sure its near the cookers extractor fan to remove moisture. I just have it on a low setting.
