What you will need to provide
Name & Email Address
The Lifetime Warranty registration form will ask you to provide your full name, address and phone number.
Product code
The product SKU will start with 'A0'. You will also need the batch number of your product; this can be found on the packaging and will be 8 digits long. It will look like this example 1021 2354
Proof of purchase
It will help you finding the product name, date of purchase and retailer's name.
ALWAYS KEEP your proof of purchase, as it will be required for any After Sales request.
The Lifetime Warranty applies under the condition that the product is used in compliance with the instructions supplied and covers faulty parts. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover deterioration due to improper use, parts that are broken or that have fallen off, battery replacement, fabrics, consumable materials (dummies, bulbs...), natural wear and tear and some elements such as plastic.
Every request for assistance under the Lifetime Warranty requires a video/photo of the fault or damage.
The Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to new products bought at a point of sale authorised by Babymoov.

By registering your product for the Lifetime Warranty your product is covered beyond this time for life. To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, your Babymoov product must be purchased as new directly from babymoov.co.uk or through our authorised stockists which you can find a list of here.
