FAQ Delivery

  • If you've changed your mind and want to return your order, please fill in the 'Babymoov Order Withdrawal' form using the Help icon on the bottom right of any page of our website.
  • To track/update your order please fill in the ‘Order tracking/delivery issue’ form using the Help icon on the bottom right of any page of our website.

Christmas Period Delivery Update 2022/23

Due to the Christmas and New Year holidays, all orders placed on our website babymoov.co.uk between the 21st December 2022 and the 3rd January 2023 may take up to 7 working days to be delivered. You will receive tracking as usual via text or email for your orders when they are dispatched. Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received an email. You can also download the DPD app on your smartphone if you have one!

When will my order be delivered?

Our estimated delivery is currently 3-5 working days, including 1-2 day for preparation and 2 - 3 days delivery by our courier. You'll receive an email/text with a tracking link once your purchase has been prepared and dispatched. Please note, occasionally some orders may be delivered in more than one parcel on separate days.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK.

Where do you deliver to?

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you gave us, providing that it is in mainland UK. Your delivery address can be different from the billing address. You can save other delivery addresses in your account which can be useful for sending gifts or receiving an order at your place of work.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is £3.99 VAT included and free for orders over £40. Currently, we only deliver within mainland UK.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

For any further questions regarding your order, the best way to contact us is to use the ‘Help’ button available at the bottom right of this page, and fill in the 'Order Tracking/Delivery Issue' form

What happens if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know the courier has attempted to deliver your parcel. Please follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery.
