FAQ Returning your order


1. How do I return a product I simply don't want?

Not 100% happy with your item? Please contact our Customer Service Advisor for any help with returns or exchanges.

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order is too late to cancel and has already been sent, we can arrange a return for you instead.

You need to notify us of your wish to cancel/return your order within 14 days – by email at OR call/WhatsApp/text us on 07511157068

Before sending back your product, please make sure the product is in its original packaging with tags still attached and in a resaleable condition, otherwise we won’t be able to accept the return. If the item or packaging has been handled excessively, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we refund you.

Refunds/exchanges will be made within 14 days of us receiving the product back in our warehouse.

2. What if I have a faulty product?

If you have any issues at all with one of our products, please contact our Customer Service Advisor at OR 07511 157068 via text, WhatsApp or by phone 

PLEASE NOTE: For products not directly purchased from, we will need your proof of purchase from the retailer.  We do not accept returns from third-party sellers via eBay and Amazon or unauthorised sellers of the Babymoov brand. If you purchased your item via Amazon, we can offer aftercare and function advice but for refunds please contact Amazon Customer Service.


3. Can I make amendments to my order?

If you haven't yet received an email confirmation 'Preparation in progress'...
